Mustafa led healthcare operations in London in collaboration with NHS and made it his mission to bring healthcare services of the same standard to East African Nations. His efforts aimed at improving population health and challenging health inequities earned him a lot of respect for him in Tanzania, Kenya, Somalia, and London. At present, he heads healthcare facilities in London, Dar es Salaam, and Nairobi.
